Your order alerts and how to call the driver without sharing your numberWe let you know when the driver is 5 minutes away, when to come out (if you chose hand delivery) and when they’re at your door, also by SMS. And you can call them with a masked number.Your orders: history, receipt and reorderIn the Orders tab you see each order with its status and total, open the full receipt and order the same again with one tap.Favorites: save your restaurantsTap a restaurant’s heart to save it to Favorites and find it instantly next time.Saved addresses and delivery instructionsSave home, work or wherever you order often, with instructions for the driver, and pick them with one tap in the cart.Coupons and promotionsEnter a code in the cart and the discount applies before you pay. Current promotions show under “Today’s deals” on the home screen.Reporting a problem with your orderSomething missing, cold, late: tell us what happened in two taps. If an item was missing, you mark which one and, when enabled, only that value is refunded.Pay on delivery: cash or a transfer to the driverIn cities where it’s active, you can choose to pay when your order arrives: in cash to the driver, or with a transfer to the account they have published. Your order is confirmed instantly, no card needed.Pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay (coming soon)Today you pay with your card inside the app. Soon, on the same payment screen, Apple Pay (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android and Chrome) will show up if your phone has it set up. Then the search bar, the eight services in order (Food works today), your gifts or the deals, restaurants near you and the bottom bar.Searching Tumbite: restaurants, dishes, and cuisinesTap the search bar on the home screen and type what you’re craving. As you type, Tumbite searches your city and shows matching restaurants and dishes, open ones first.The bell and the coupon: your notifications and your giftsThe bell on the home screen shows what’s happening with your account right now: active orders, gifts in progress, and upcoming openings in your city. The coupon opens your gifts directly.Tumbite services: what’s here today and what’s comingThe home screen shows eight services in this order: Food, Moto, Car, Delivery, Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor, and More. Food works today; the others have their own screen and tell you, with a discreet strip, that they’re under construction.Why don’t I see restaurants? What if the app won’t finish opening?The app always tells you what’s going on: no restaurants in your area yet, we’re not in your city yet, or the connection failed. And if it can’t verify your session, it lets you try again without losing your account.Pick up in store, change the address, and tip after deliveryThree things you can do with your order: pick it up yourself with no delivery fee, change the address before the driver leaves (seeing the new total), and leave an extra tip after delivery.Choose size and extras when orderingIf an item has options, when you add it you choose the size, extras or whatever the restaurant offers, and see what each adds.If the restaurant is out of an item in your orderNothing gets canceled outright: you decide whether to remove it (we refund that part) or cancel the whole order.Leave at door or hand it to me: you chooseWhen you order, you say whether to leave it at your door or hand it to you.
