Two orders in one trip and the age check
If you already have an order you haven’t picked up and another comes in from the same restaurant with a nearby delivery, we offer it to you for the same trip. Orders with 21+ items are handed over in person only, with an ID check.
How it works
Grouped orders: when you haven’t picked up your order yet and the same restaurant has another one ready for an address less than 5 minutes out of the way, you get the offer. If you accept, both leave together when the main pickup is confirmed, and your screen shows each one with its address, its “Directions” and its delivery photo. You get paid for both.
Age check: if an order has 21+ items, you’ll see it flagged. Hand delivery only: ask for the ID, confirm in the app “I checked the ID: the recipient is 21 or older,” and only then tap “Handed to the customer.” Without that confirmation the app won’t let you deliver.
Steps
- Accept the second offer from the same restaurant if it works for you.
- Pick up both and deliver each to its own address.
- For 21+ orders: check the ID, confirm in the app and hand it over in person.
